Jute mat yoga
The Jute Eco Yoga Mat is made from jute and Polymer Environmental Resin. The jute fiber is excellent for any steady practice of Yoga, the jute material on top offers superb traction. The mat material gives a highly durable, tactile and pleasantly natural surface to practice on with excellent grip.
The jute mat’s pure rubber underside grips the floor and the top is a jute fabric and natural rubber mix that provides traction even when you’re sweating bullets. I’ve been using it for a week straight and haven’t yet had to put a Mysore rug on top of it. And even though it’s light enough to travel (about the same weight as a traditional sticky mat)
In particular, it is the hard wearing but grippy to surface of the Jute mat. It is quite thin and provides excellent grounding to the earth. The texture and strength of the mat really support the feet during balancing postures. And gives a firm foundation for moviments in the Astanga Yoga practice. A yoga mat ideal for all Yogis and Yoginis.
